White, red and sparkling wines, subjected to natural rocking at a depth of between 20 and 30 meters during the coldest months, dance, mature and soften between the months of September to June, improving on the inside and exploding with life on the outside .
Thanks to the abundance of nutrients in these waters and the protection that the concession and the oyster farm offer,
the bottles are colonized by a multitude of living beings, mainly rose hips, polychaete worms, macrophyte algae, sponges, white coral, bivalves of the mussel type, scallops, oysters, white corals and more, who remain attached to the glass of the bottles or calcify on it .
