Details of the experience
In the idyllic natural environment of the Sierra de Crestellina (Casares), they will enjoy an immersive experience in the rural world, which will allow them to discover the secret in the elaboration of one of our best cheeses, the one made with payoya goat milk. An experience that will also help the survival of the payoya goat, an animal in danger of extinction.
A perfect experience to enjoy with family, friends or as a team building activity for groups, transforming the experience into a contest to make the best payoya goat cheese.
The experience includes:
- Guided tour of the dairy facilities by the master cheesemaker
- Goat cheese workshop. From milking to making cheese with your own hands, following the traditional recipe.
- Cheese tasting accompanied by a glass of local wine
- A fresh cheese to take home, for each participant.
